Here are some tips to keep yourself heathy during this monsoon season and avoid the infectious monsoon diseases.

Eat Healthy Home Cooked Food

As we know that our body is more prone to infections during the monsoon season because of the humidity that is ideal for the bacteria/viruses to flourish, we should eat hygienic and freshly prepared home cooked nutritious meals. This will not only keep us away from unnecessary infection but will also provide the required nutrients to our body and increase the immunity of our body to fight the infections. Keep Mosquitoes Away

Increase the Intake of Vitamin C

To boost your immunity to fight the infections during the monsoon season, you should increase your intake of Vitamin C. Vitamin C is naturally found in citrus fruits, amla, lemon et al.

Wash/Sanitize your Hands Regularly

You should often wash/sanitize your hands to avoid any kind of infection. Inculcate this habit in your children as well as they have higher risk of catching infection easily.
