Eat Healthy Home Cooked Food

As we know that our body is more prone to infections during the monsoon season because of the humidity that is ideal for the bacteria/viruses to flourish, we should eat hygienic and freshly prepared home cooked nutritious meals. Wash/Sanitize your Hands Regularly
